On Point Signs LLC – Return & Refund PolicyAll products by On Point Signs LLC are custom-made. Returns or refunds are only accepted when there is a clear manufacturing or printing error caused by us.

Eligible Returns
We will replace or refund items that are:

• Defective, damaged during shipping, or printed incorrectly

• Produced in the wrong size, color, or material from the approved proof

Not Covered

• Customer errors in submitted artwork or sizing

• Color differences between screen and print

• Damage after delivery (installation, weather, or mishandling)

• Canceled orders after proof approval

Claims
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery at orders@onpointsigns.com with your order number, photos, and issue details.
Late claims may not be accepted.

Resolution
Approved claims may receive a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report damage immediately.

Proof Approval
Once proofs are approved, On Point Signs is not responsible for spelling, layout, or sizing errors.
